They’re packed with free radical-fighting antioxidants, and are known to increase radiance and hydration. Fix yourself a delicious Coconut Fro-Yo, a.k.a. dessert for breakfast, made by yours truly!
TO MAKE Coconut Fro-Yo: Blend 2 frozen bananas, 2 tbsp of coconut canned milk hardened in the fridge, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt and a splash of almond milk in a food processor until smooth… and that’s it! All I’m saying is you can have seconds without the guilt. Enjoy!
