Shipping & Returns

At this time we can only accept shipments to physical addresses only, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat rate of $7.95.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, we are happy to expedite your order for an additional charge.

• To receive your order within three business days, add $12.00
• To receive your order within two business days, add $18.00

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Expedited Shipping methods are not available for shipment to Canada.

Shipments to International Addresses

Orders can only be shipped to the United States and Canada. We regret that, at this time, we are unable to accept international orders.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to Customs inspection or GST related fees. Kate Somerville Skincare is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund.

Returns must be made within 45 days of purchase.

All product returns must have been purchased through the KateSomerville.com website. If you have purchased Kate Somerville products through another retail location, please contact that specific retailer for their return instructions.

Please include your original packing slip or include a note with your name, address, and telephone number.

Upon receiving your return, we will refund your purchase using your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to seven business days for your return credit to be processed.
