We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories), Canada and the United Kingdom.
Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories), Canada and the United Kingdom.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. Kate Somerville Skincare is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.
In most instances, if your order is placed before 11am PT on a weekday, we'll ship it out that same day. If your order is placed after 11am PT on a weekday or if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it out the next possible business day.
In rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our warehouse that result in shipping delays of up to a full business day.
Standard Shipping Costs
Shipments to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories):
- Orders under $50: $7.95 Flat Rate Ground Shipping
- Orders of $50 or more: Free Ground Shipping
Shipments to addresses within Canada:
- Orders of any value: $15.00 Flat Rate USPS Priority International Mail
Shipments to addresses within the United Kingdom:
- Orders of any value: $25.00 Flat Rate International Shipping
- Canadian & UK Customers: The recipient is responsible for all Import Fees (e.g. customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges). Refused packages will not be refunded. Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
For faster delivery, we are happy to expedite your order for an additional charge.
- To receive your order within three business days, add $12.00
- To receive your order within two business days, add $18.00
Expedited Shipping methods are not available for shipments to Canada or the United Kingdom.
Expedited Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Kate Somerville Skincare products, you may return them within 30 days of your order date. If you purchased a kit or duo, all products within the kit or duo must be returned – partial refunds will not be issued. Additionally, if you received free gifts with your purchase, you must return the free gifts in addition to the returned purchased products. Once your returned has been received and processed, you will receive a full refund on the cost of your purchase.
Please follow the below steps to ensure proper returns processing:
- Call customer service at (800) 984-KATE (5283) and provide them with your order number. The representative will provide you with Return Authorization and a Prepaid Returns Shipping Label. Returns without Return Authorization and sent using a method other than our provided Prepaid Returns Shipping Label may experience processing delays. A Prepaid Returns Shipping Label is not available for merchandise returns from Canada or the United Kingdom.
- Pack up the products carefully so they are not damaged in transit, include original packing slip, seal the package and attach the Prepaid Return Shipping Label on the outside of the box.
- Take the package to your local US Post Office or give to your US Postal Service Mail Carrier. Your return will be shipped to:

- Please utilize our provided Prepaid Returns Shipping Label. Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited. Returns sent using a method other than our provided Prepaid Returns Shipping Label which cannot be tracked in the case of loss will not be refunded. Returns from Canada or the United Kingdom should be shipped via an insured shipping method which can be tracked in the case of loss.
Returns are processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days depending on your bank’s policies. We apologize that original and return shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Only products purchased through KateSomerville.com may be returned. If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased.
