Use once or twice each week, morning or evening, to maintain a clear complexion. Apply a thin, even layer to a clean, wet face, massaging in a circular motion for 30 seconds. Leave on for up to one minute. Rinse with warm water and gently pat dry.
PRECAUTIONS: This product increases circulation, which may cause the skin to flush slightly for a short time.

Gentle and Effective

I breakout at least once a week so I switch my reg. ExfoliKate for this. It's beads are less abrasive and do not aggravate active acne. The tea tree scent is one of my favorites. Slightly medicinal, yet fresh and clean. Quite stong if you are sensitive to smells, which I am but love this.I used to use straight tea tree oil on cystic pimples. (now I have EradiKate) The effect is not immediatly noticeable like with the original but by the next morning, breakouts are reduced, pores seem tighter, but without the redness I experience from the intensive. Can't wait to try the Gentle version. Then my exfoliating empire will be complete! Muah ha!

I am over 50 and still have blackheads. Also, I am now concerned with expression lines. Having oily skin means not having many wrinkles for my age, but it does mean that I have been trying to get rid of blackheads for nearly 40 years!!
I use regular Exfolikate and I like it. However, when my skin is really clogged and experiencing zits, the Exfolikate Acne formula is what I reach for. Somehow, it seems gentler than the regular Exfolikate, as the exfolicating materials are "softer" but the formula is the right mix to help get your pores REALLY clean and clear up any acne I may be experiencing.
This really a product that works for me and it only takes a small amount. The most I would use this is twice per week. One of my favorite products! -

Amazing....finally!

I received this as a sample to try and have absolutely seen a huge difference in my skin/pores/acne in just over 1 week. I was using harsh OTC abrasive scrubs on a daily basis to "unclog" my pores and found out that I was doing my huge pores no favors by stretching them out. I can honestly say that I have been searching for the right skin care combo for adult acne/oily skin for several years, and I think I'm finally on the right track. I haven't tried any other Kate products yet, mainly because I was given samples of Perricone MD at the same time and the combo of the 2 lines seems to be working well for me right now. Definitely suggest investing as a small amount is all that is needed and 1 tube should last a very long time. Price is up there, but I'm saying definitely worth the boost in self confidence. Thanks.

Great for the occasional breakout

I hardly get acne, but when I do and I need to exfoliate this is the product i choose. it takes care of all those breakouts and doesn't irritate the skin wake up the next morning and the acne is minor or completely gone. if you are acne prone I suggest this exfoliator to you it will work wonders on your skin!

I don't have acne but I do get the occasional breakout and I know that when you do get breakouts, a physical exfoliant isn't always the best to use on active acne. So when I do breakout and need to exfoliate, I skip the regular or the gentle and instead opt for this one, which just smells like it would do the job (if that makes any sense). It has a much more different feel than any of the other exfoliators in Kate's collection, and it feels like a medication that you would want to apply to your skin when it is acting up.
