I got this wash in a kit i bought. Although I prefer the detox cleanser as I suffer from bad acne, this is definitely gentle enough for those with very sensitive skin.

I just love this cleanser! This is my "go to" cleanser at night because it's wonderful at removing ALL my makeup and debris at the end of end of the day and it does this without drying my face out! In the morning I wash with KateCeuticals Milky Cleanser! What an awesome combination for my sensitive skin!

I have been using this clnsr and it works very well and I don't have any side effects from it like dryness or breakouts, but I don't really like that it doesn't seem to have hardly any suds? I'm sure it's not a bad thing, I'm just used to having my clnsr foam up. If you are used to the same, just will take a few days or so to get used to this. Still a great clnsr though!

It's hard to find a great cleanser with no sulfates. This is the first step of of my skin regime and I love it. The slight lavender smell is great (i love the soothing smell of lavender) and I can use it any time and not feel like I'm stripping any oils from my face. Growing up with acne prone skin I thought my skin was too oily and I needed to get cleansers with harsh chemicals that dried out my face to dry out the acne. I was wrong. In my case, sometimes my skin would get too dry and overcompensates by producing more oil and then causing more acne. This product cleanses my face and keeps my face balanced. And I believe this is the start of great skin. I've tried other products but I've always come back to this. Now I know better and just stick with Kate's Gentle Daily Wash.

I started using this cleanser a few days ago after receiving a sample in a previous order. WOW! This is the most amazing cleanser...and I believe I've used them all! It is perfect for my sensitive skin, doesn't leave it dry or tight and my skin just glows after washing! So glad my other cleansers are all used up now and I could finally add this to my routine!

I have very sensitive skin and this cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean and firm but not dry and tight. I have also noticed that the large pores on my nose have completely disappeared.

I have used this cleanser for over 4 years, and recommended it to many others, as it gets my skin clean without taking all the natural oil out of my skin. I use it with my Clarisonic brush, and it has really made a difference in my complexion. I have historically had oily skin with many breakouts, but my skin has made a complete turnaround and looks younger than ever. And I'm 60!!

When I first started using this wash (over a year ago) I was not using a Clarisonic, and this cleanser actually got my face just as clean as if I had, without torturing it like most face washes tend to do to me. I was using the anti-acne toner after washing my face and there would never be the tiniest bit of residual dirt on the cotton pad. It really gets everything off and feels refreshing.
I now use it with a Clarisonic just because I enjoy the Clarisonic in general, but this is probably the one cleanser you can buy that makes it so using one doesn't really matter!Heather also recommends...

Kate's Gentle Wash is amazing. All of the other "gentle" cleansers that I have tried in the past never cleaned all if the makeup off. Leaving me no choice but to have to wash my face twice. With Kate's Gentle Wash I only use a small amount and it cleans without irritating or over drying my skin. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated after washing. I would highly recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin.

I look forward to using this face wash every day because I have used drug store products in the past that have left my face feeling dry, chapped and red. Some have even caused my face to break out in places. Kate's Gentle Wash has been a blessing in that when I use it, my skin is always hydrated and clean, but not tight, and never red or irritated. It always leaves my skin feeling wonderfully fresh and soft, and the scent is so pleasant. I will never go back to the drug store products...

This product is great. It's similar to a cleansing oil in being really effective at removing make-up and being easy to rinse off so it doesn't leave drying residue. It also smells light and fresh and a little goes a long way.

The Kate Gentle cleanser is wonderful. The cleanser cleans your skin without stripping it from oil and mositure. When it says Gentle it is gentle but a great cleanser.. I buy 2 so I can keep one the shower for my morning ritual and one for my vanity. Best ever cleanser and I highly recommend to use for sensitive and gentle skin. A must have!!!

My skin is very sensitive, especially around my eyes. I have tried every makeup remover and face wash from very inexpensive drug store brand to very expensive Department Store make-up counter brand and they all make the skin around my eyes dry and some even to the point of cracking and needing a prescription cream to correct. I have been using Kate Somerville's gentle daily wash for almost 2 years now, twice a day, and I have NEVER had a problem with it. This product is exactly what it says it is - GENTLE - but thorough. Plus the scent is very pleasant and calming.

This is my favorite cleanser that i have ever tried. I use it with the nourish moisturizer and it works so well. It cleans my skin but does not dry out my dry skin or make it feel very tight, it also has not caused any break outs. You also dont need to use a lot a little goes a long way.

I do like this cleanser over the 4 million others I've tried, but it feels a tiny bit drying. It could be the time of year--winter. Like another reviewer said, it is great with the Clarisonic...btw is a fantastic product. I have to say all but one of the KS products I have been using has made a huge difference in my skin. My husband even noticed--which I think says a lot for a woman who hasn't touch Botox! :)

This is the best non-drying gel cleanser. I love the feel and texture of a gel cleanser, but they often leave my skin feeling dry and taut. This cleanser gently cleans, removes makeup (even eye makeup) without leaving my skin feeling dry and tight. Also, it's perfect to use with a Clarisonic.

This is a great face wash to use twice a day (or more) without leaving your skin super dry. This also works well with a Clarisonic. However, i do think it's a tad pricey for what it is. It's a good basic, gentle face wash, but nothing more than that.

Love this cleanser! I have super dry and sensitive skin to begin with, then I moved to Alaska, so it became a nightmare! Other gentle cleansers don't remove all of the makeup and still leave your skin dry. This cleanser really cleans my skin without stripping it of the precious oils that I really need in the harsh Alaskan climate!

I've been using this cleanser every nigh in conjunction with my Clarisonic with fabulous results. I use a muslin cloth to rinse and every bit of make-up is always off and my skin has no residue. I bought the luxury size and it's been over a year and and still plenty in the bottle. Smells great and really happy with the results. It's a splurge but I'm happy with the results.

I have been using this cleanser for two years now. Prior to that I would have constant breakouts. This product was the only thing that I used that cleared up my skin. A couple of times I have ran out of this cleanser and purchased something else because it was less expensive and every time my face would break out all over again until I resumed using this product.

I'm really enjoying the benefits of Kate's Daily Wash. It is gentle on the skin - cooling/refreshing, non-drying and smells great. I use it each morning in the shower before shaving and like the dispensing cap on the 4-oz size, but will definitely get the 16-oz. luxury size with pump on my next order.

I purchased a Clarisonic and luckily this cleanser was included. Since I have rather oily skin, I then tried Kate's cleanser for oily, acne prone skin, but went back to this. I love Exfolikate too. I have many of her products and the fragrances and textures provide an effective and sensorial experience. Also, as an aside, my white washclothes do not stain as easily when I use the Gentle Daily Wash!

I have oily/norm acne prone skin and I use this in the morning. It cleans without stripping my skin but still feels very clean and soft after I rinse. Smells pleasant, like lavender-ish. I don't like the dispersal system. No cap means I have to set it on my counter and I worry about germs migrating into the product. Although mine came in the Age kit and is a smaller size I am not sure what type of top the full sized has. Overall love it for AM use. i use Detox at night.

This was one of the first products I had ever tried from Kate Somerville.......since then I have accumulated quite a few more. I believe that this is the best cleanser out there, especially for people with sensitive skin. It smells great and leaves no film or other residue like many other cleansers from other brands do. It's an award winning cleanser for a reason. On a side note, this was the first cleanser that my grandmother ever tried (she's close to 90, so she's tried a lot) that she actually was able to use and not have any sort of reaction from.
