Goodbye old friend...
I used to love this cream - it was so good for my sensitive, roseacea-prone skin. I first used this when it was fleetingly available in the UK and was pleased to be able to stock up when I was in the USA last summer. Customs charges are so high to order online and have it shipped. A few weeks ago my brother was in New York and picked up another jar for me.

It seems that that new jar contains the new formula. It's thinner and sticky and smells vile. My skin is no longer soothed by it and I hate it. It's so disappointing, especially as reviews were so universally postive. I can only think that the 'improvements' that were made to the formula were improvements that made it cheaper to produce and thus boosted profit margins. No other reason to change something that worked so well.

If I was in the USA I would return it but I'm in the UK so I can't and so I'm deeply disappointed.

Old Formula
I bought this in I think the last round of the old formula and the creamy moisturizer was really great while I was living in New York. I recently moved to California however and am finding it too heavy for me in this more mild climate.

Incredibly Diappointed
Goat Milk is one of those products that I've repurchased time and time again because the formula was robust, unique, and truly effective. I've turned countless others onto it, and all of them feel the same way. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the formula, and therefore no reason to change it. The new formula is thin, and loaded down with thickeners, not high quality ingredients. I'm disappointed that they made it so incredibly difficult to track down the old formula as well. No announcement that it would be reformulated, no chance to purchase the old formula while there was stock left, and no reasoning as to why it has been changed. If they think that people who are loyal users of Goat Milk won't be incredibly aggravated, they're wrong. I'm staying away from the entire brand for a while.

Terrible new formulation
I have been using this goat milk cream for quite some time now. It's the only cream that will work for my sensitive skin. It was perfect for day and night, with or without makeup. Now the new formula has an unbearable smell and has lost its unique moisturizing power. I wish I had known about the new formulation so that I could have stocked up on the original product. Why did they change the ingredients? Maybe it's to cut costs and make it more affordable and marketable to the masses? I'm greatly disappointed with this new decision. I will be returning my recent purchase and telling all my friends not to buy it. If anyone knows of how to get a hold of the original cream, please share on this post! In the meantime, I will be hunting for the next best cream.

Bring back the old formulation!
Like other reviewers, the old formulation was literally the only moisturizer that worked on my extremely sensitive, reactive, and dehydrated skin and I used it for years. The new formulation isn't very moisturizing, makes me itch, and now I have small bumps forming. Heartbroken! :(
