Try this trick for reducing puffy, swollen eyes and dark circles. I actually do this all of the time because I travel so much. Here’s what you’ll need: a bowl of warm water, 2 green tea bags and 2 cold spoons. Step 1: Put a pair of spoons in the fridge (best to do at night so that you can use in the morning when your eyes are the most swollen). If you have time in the morning, place the spoons in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Step 2: Soak 2 green tea bags in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes.
