I got it!
I had received several samples of this when I ordered form Kate online..... I was still experiencing dryness and finally e-mailed customer service and explained all the products that I was using and why was I still not getting the moisture I was so wishing for. I realized thru a regiment that customer service sent to me that I was not using the Quench correctly! Now that I am I have noticed a difference in two days!!! Bought the full size at Sephora and my skin is loving it! What I have learned is that you must be open to contacing customer service... they not only helped me with my dry skin issues but I can continue to use the Kate products that I love. They all work together beautifully, you just need to learn how and when to use them! IN fact I am using less amounts of product now cause I am using it correctly!
