"Been using this product for years. Love it. I have it on auto-ship. PSA to everyone out there, not only is the new packaging terrible, it also changed from 1.7oz to 1.0oz of serum, despite the price remaining unchanged at $109 (which was raised from $99 earlier this year). They are blatantly trying to rip off loyal customers. Also this company was purchased by private equity...beware! I'll be adding this review to every platform where I've purchased the product over the years."

Product is great but change the packaging!

"I think this is maybe my 6th time reordering this. Last order it came in a new bottle. Doesn’t seem like there is as much in there and the new product design is terrible. You have to completely dismantle it to see how much is left. It feels much heavier than what is actually in there and I am having to order it again after I’ve run out. Please reconsider the new packaging! I am on auto ship every two months and am having to manually go in and get it shipped earlier."
