"I'm sharing this here as there is no way to contact this company via phone - you can leave a message that is never returned and their Chat/Email options are the same person every time. I’ve been a loyal Kate Somerville customer for years and have recommended their products to countless friends. While the skincare itself is solid, the customer service has become unbelievably disappointing. I’ve never encountered a company where the chatbot is more helpful, more polite, and more capable than the actual human representatives. After multiple interactions with Jayanna, I’m done. The dismissive tone, lack of support, and unwillingness to resolve even simple issues made it clear that customer care is not a priority for this brand. There are too many other high‑quality skincare options on the market that treat their customers with respect when problems arise. I won’t be purchasing from Kate Somerville again."

"I love all my Kate Somerville products, but this was a major miss for me. I wanted to love this primer but it was not what I was hoping for. My face felt sticky all day, and then it just made me look like I was covered in oil. The smell was overwhelmingly strong as it had sort of a chemical/plastic odor. Definitely not worth the cost. I would recommend Elf's power grip primer instead as it's substantially cheaper, long lasting, and has little to no smell."
