"I had a sample of this and I really liked it so I ordered it. I don’t like the built in cold steel roller so it doesn’t get used. People have their own rollers to use if they want, usually stone like rose quartz so I don’t get it."

Applicator is a poor idea
"I have strong hands, being a gardener but had to use a screwdriver to get the top off and moving the stupid roller back and forth was difficult. Please scrap this stupid idea and just put it in a tube or bottle!!"

Decent serum, packaging terrible
"I’ve worked through a couple tubes of this serum and it does well for my skin, but this tube + roller dispenser has got to be one of the most error-prone, frustrating types of packaging ever. The number of times I get too little or too much = WAY too high. Fix the packaging, KS. We’ve been telling yo this. Why aren’t you hearing us?"
Great serum lousy applicator
"Love the serum. Works beautifully alongside the exfoliation scrub and face wash. Really really wish it came in a regular pump bottle though. I’m not a fan of the rollerball applicator. If it were an eye serum maybe, but not a face serum."

"I did reorder this for a second time. I don’t see a “Wow what a difference” when I use it, but I can tell that it is helping my skin gradually overtime. I wish it did not have a roller application. I squeeze a little out and apply the serum using my fingers, so that I don’t waste any trying to use the roller. Overall, it is a great product but needs better packaging."
