"This cleanser was recommended to me by my dermatologist for a flare of perioral dermatitis. It lathers great and cleanses my skin without making it feel stripped or tight. I wash my face in the shower and leave it on for a few minutes as a mask before rinsing. There are two reasons why I rated this four stars instead of five. First, it contains fragrance which can further irritate skin that's prone to inflammation. Second, the price is extremely high for comparable products out there. Sulfur is such a cheap ingredient so it seems insane to charge nearly $50 for a cleanser. The price is borderline predatory in my opinion because we're desperate for some relief from our acne, rosacea and dermatitis. It works great - just be prepared to pay up."
