"If your order is not delivered Kate Sommerville will not answer your emails, or your phone calls, will not replace it, and will ultimately tell you to dispute the claim with the carrier which is USPS. I had ordered two of these, paid 70 dollars for them, never received them, I essentially donated this money to KS without receiving anything for it. Will never buy from Kate sommerville again"

"This cleanser was recommended to me by my dermatologist for a flare of perioral dermatitis. It lathers great and cleanses my skin without making it feel stripped or tight. I wash my face in the shower and leave it on for a few minutes as a mask before rinsing. There are two reasons why I rated this four stars instead of five. First, it contains fragrance which can further irritate skin that's prone to inflammation. Second, the price is extremely high for comparable products out there. Sulfur is such a cheap ingredient so it seems insane to charge nearly $50 for a cleanser. The price is borderline predatory in my opinion because we're desperate for some relief from our acne, rosacea and dermatitis. It works great - just be prepared to pay up."

"I apply like a mask in the shower for a few mins and then take a tiny bit more and wash my face and rinse. I had started having a lot of breakouts on my neck and this mixed with the sulfur spot treatment has about gotten rid of all of it. Also purchased for my 20 year old daughter"

What sets this apart from other acne washes is how gentle it is. Upon use, it immediately calms and reduces redness, and it leaves the skin feeling clean and balanced, never stripped or overly dry. One quick tip: if you are looking for something to break up heavy makeup, you will still want to use a makeup remover first. This product is definitely meant for a true, deep wash rather than melting cosmetics. Yes, it is very expensive, but it is pricey for a reason: because it works. If you are ready to invest in a cleanser that actually works, I highly recommend giving this a try."
