I haven't received my Password Reset Email, what should I do?

If you haven't received your Password Reset Email we advise you try creating a new account. Don't worry your UltimateKate Rewards will still be carried over to your new account.

AFTERPAY

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment method that allows you to buy what you want today and pay for it in four (4) equal installments. Payments are due every two weeks and are interest-free. You can access their website

How do I use Afterpay?

Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. After selecting 'Place Order' you will be redirected to the Afterpay website. Follow the prompts to sign up for Afterpay, or log in if you are an existing user.

Where can I use Afterpay?

Afterpay is currently only available on KateSomerville.com.

Can I use Afterpay if I am not a US resident?

Afterpay is only available to customers who live and reside in the US.

How does the Afterpay schedule work?

Afterpay customers are required to pay their first installment at the time of purchase. Three (3) remaining scheduled installments are deducted automatically from the payment method every two weeks. You can log in to your Afterpay account at any time to view your payment schedule or make a payment early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within seven days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Afterpay’s Payment Purchase Agreement for more information.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Standard shipping times apply for all Afterpay orders. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

What products are eligible for Afterpay?

All purchases on KateSomerville.com between $35 and $1000 are eligible for Afterpay.

Can I use Afterpay with Auto-Replenishment?

Currently, Afterpay cannot be combined with Auto-Replenishment. If you have an Auto-Replenishment item in your bag, the Afterpay payment option will be disabled.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?

Please refer to our Return Policy, or visit Afterpay's Return / Refund Policy. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

AUTO REPLENISHMENT

How do I join Auto-Replenishment?

Joining Auto-Replenishment is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Replenishment option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.

What will happen after I join Auto-Replenishment?

After you join Auto-Replenishment, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the 'My Auto-Replenishment' section in your account where you can manage your future orders, Auto-Replenishment items and Auto-Replenishment account information.


We will place your Auto-Replenishment orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each Auto-Replenishment order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Replenishment account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

How do I make changes to my Auto-Replenishment order?

Once you've joined, Auto-Replenishment is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting the 'My Auto-Replenishment' section in your account.

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Change an order date:
• To change your next order date, please visit the 'My Next Order' tab within 'My Auto-Replenishment' and click the 'Change Date' button to the right of the next order date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.

If an Auto-Replenishment order contains multiple items and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the 'Edit' link to the right of the subscription details and click the 'Change Order Date' button.

Change shipment frequency:
• To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab within 'My Auto-Replenishment.' On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a dropdown menu. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the subscription item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.

Cancel subscription:
• To cancel a subscription item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and simply click the 'Edit' link to the right of the subscription details and click the 'Pause Auto-Replenishment' button. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you've selected a cancel reason and clicked the 'Pause Auto-Replenishment' button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.

Skip a delivery:
• To skip a subscription order, visit the 'My Next Order' tab within 'My Auto-Replenishment' and click the 'Skip Delivery' button to the right of the upcoming order date dropdown to skip the entire order.

How do I cancel my Auto-Replenishment?

To cancel your Auto-replenishment, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' (opens in a new window) tab and simply click the 'Edit' link to the right of the subscription details and click the 'Pause Auto-Replenishment' button. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you've selected a cancel reason and clicked the 'Pause Auto-Replenishment' button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.

How do I make changes to my Auto-Replenishment account information?

To review or modify your Auto-Replenishment account information, visit 'My Auto-Replenishment' located within your account. You can change your shipping address for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which is the default option and will affect all future orders.

To change your shipping address for an order, please visit the 'My Next Order' tab and click the 'Edit' link located directly to the right of the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted. To change your shipping address for a subscription, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab, click the 'Edit' link to the right of the subscription details and then click the 'Change Address' button.

Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

What is the difference between the 'My Next Order' and 'My Subscriptions' tabs?

The 'My Next Order' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Auto-Replenishment if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.

The 'My Subscriptions' tab displays individual subscription items and all associated details for each individual subscription including next order date, quantity, delivery frequency and shipping address.

How do I view my future deliveries?

You can view your future orders in the 'My Next Order' tab in the 'My Auto-Replenishment' section of your account. Your very next scheduled order will be displayed. To see additional deliveries, click on the down arrow next to the next scheduled order date below 'View Upcoming Orders.

How do I make changes to my Auto-Replenishment account information?

Auto-Replenishment items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.

If you have more than one Auto-Replenishment item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab in the 'My Auto-Replenishment' section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.

Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?

Yes! To do so, you must be logged into your account. Visit the item's page you wish to add to your order, and find the 'Add To My Auto-Replenishment Order' button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or as a subscription. You can also find these instructions in the 'My Next Order' tab in the 'My Auto-Replenishment' section of your account.

What types of payment are accepted?

All Auto-Replenishment subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.

What is Quick Buy / 1-Click Checkout?

Quick Buy is an easy way for you to purchase through KateSomerville.com. It allows you to to save time and immediately order your favorite products by skipping the checkout process. We use your default payment information to process the order. When a purchase is made, a confirmation pop up will appear that shows which address and payment info is used.

What is UltimateKate Rewards?

UltimateKate Rewards is the loyalty program for KateSomerville.com. This program allows you to earn points for purchasing online, reviewing products and much more. The points can be redeemed for rewards.

Who is eligible to join?

How do I earn points?

There are lots of ways to earn points with Kate Somerville Rewards. Aside from product purchase, you can also earn points by writing product reviews and enrolling in auto replenishment. See below for all the ways you can earn points!

Why do I not see all of my points?

When you first earn points for certain activities, they will initially appear as pending. They only become available as redeemable points after the specified pending period has passed. You can view your pending and current point balance in your Kate Somerville Rewards account dashboard. Log in to your Kate Somerville account, go to My Rewards, then click on Activity to view your approved and pending points.

Do my points expire?

UltimateKate Rewards Points expire 365 days after the date they were earned.

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem points for a variety of rewards. Visit the "Rewards" tab on the member page for a current list of program rewards.

How can I view my points balance?

To view your balance and activity, log in to your account on KateSomerville.com. To log in, click on 'My Account' and enter your information. Once you are logged in, click on the 'Activity' within the 'My Rewards' page. You will find a detailed list of all program activity, and the points you have accrued for each action.

How do I redeem points?

To redeem your points for rewards, login to your account and shop KateSomerville.com. When you are ready to checkout, proceed to “My Bag”. If you qualify for a reward, you may select a reward to redeem on the Rewards tab. Upon clicking “Apply” you will then see your reward savings subtracted from your subtotal. Proceed and click “Checkout” to redeem your reward and complete your purchase. To redeem your Free Cleanser, select this reward in “My Bag” and click “Apply”. You will then be prompted to choose 1 of 3 cleansers. Proceed and click “Checkout” to complete your purchase. You may only redeem one free cleanser per order.

Is there a place where I can report a problem or make a suggestion?

Do my purchases of products and services at Kate Somerville Skin Health ExpertsClinic count toward the program?

At this time, UltimateKate Rewards is an exclusive program of KateSomerville.com. Unfortunately, purchases of products and services at Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts Clinic do not count toward points earning activities.

ORDER PROCESSING

Can I cancel my order or make changes once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been finalized and placed, we cannot modify or make any changes.

RETURNS

My item did not work for me. Can I exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges for our skincare products. We only accept returns purchased directly form our website. Please see our return policy here.

SHIPPING

The tracking # for my package says delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do for my missing package

We recommend taking a detailed search of your home and surrounding areas as some couriers may leave a package hidden from plain sight to help prevent theft. Contact your neighbors in case the package was left with them for security.
All shipments are packed with great care. Any damages or shortages (including latent damages), lost or stolen packages must be reported by the customer to Kate Somerville Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery date.

Why is the 2-day shipping option not available on my Kate’s Ultimate Rewards member order?

We have a handful of products that require ground shipping, including our DermalQuench Collection, EradiKate™ Acne Treatment, UncompliKated SPF and any kits containing these products. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

When and how often should I use Retinol?

We suggest that you use Retinol during your PM routine. We recommend using Retinol based on your age and alternating your usage. 2 times a week in your twenties, 3 times a week in your thirties and so on per decade. If you experience sensitivity, reduce frequency.

What is the percentage of Retinol in your products?

We do not disclose the percentage of Retinol in our products due to formulation confidentiality. All products have been formulated to provide the maximum effectiveness of the ingredients included while working for most skin types.

Are your products vegan?

Our products do contain plant-based ingredients but are a blend of naturally and synthetically derived ingredients.

Are your products gluten free?

Due to our manufacturing process we are unable to confirm that any of our products are gluten-free.

Are your products cruelty-free?

We are certified Cruelty Free by PETA.
